About Me

Welcome to my blurb!

I'm not sure why you would want to know more about me, but thanks for the interest! I'm a very passionate person, for just about anything I do. I tend to go all-out before reality hits me with a bill and I calm down. I have several projects I'm currently working on, each moving along at a nice steady pace, including www.mymodelcase.com and a Facebook game application on Google App Engine (more info soon!).

I love gaming. In fact that's how my web development obsession started. If it weren't for games, I probably wouldn't be where I am today, so to see arguments about games having a negative impact on kids - I think is one of the most ridiculous arguments currently in circulation.

I currently work for a small boutique web firm known as Webmanage, based in Surry Hills in lovely Sydney, Australia. My official role title is Head of Web Development, but I can never say that with a straight face. It's dicky, but I think it's cool. My role requires me to manage several developers, develop and architect solutions for our wide range of clients, as well as document and pave a path forward for company standards and good development practises. It's a great place to work and always challenging, so I enjoy it immensely.

I have a lovely woman, whom without her support I would be only a wretched stick of the man I currently am. She is my platform for growth and for that I am eternally grateful.
